Terms and Conditions of Use for the we1wi Platform

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any part of the we1wi platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (the player) and we1wi as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use we1wi services. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration and Management

To register an account at we1wi, you must be at least 21 years old. Players who register with false information or who have not reached the required age may have their account suspended and any existing balance forfeited.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at we1wi at any one time.
• The username, password and personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
• we1wi reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time for verification purposes.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period may be subject to a relevant policy to be determined by we1wi.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

we1wi supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved by the we1wi finance team.
• All withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a security measure.
• we1wi is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1wi are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Players are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

• The we1wi welcome bonus offers a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum bonus value of RM500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering to be completed RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,100 → wagering to be completed RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• we1wi reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse, exploitation or promotion fraud is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on the we1wi platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.

• Any technical issues during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the policy of the relevant game provider.
• Bets that have been placed and processed cannot be cancelled or changed.

• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

• Using a we1wi account on behalf of another individual or entity without written authorisation.

Account Closure and Suspension

Players have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the we1wi customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.

• we1wi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if a violation of these terms occurs.
• Players who choose to self-exclude from the platform may do so through customer support.
• Accounts closed due to violations will forfeit any remaining bonus balance.
